For this reason training is key to overall effectiveness, and we place a great deal of emphasis on ensuring that your staff understand intimately all aspects of the Horizon EME necessary to the full and proper discharge of their responsibilities.

Symposium offers a variety of training types and levels, including small task-based classes, as well as train-the-trainer sessions, for both user and administrator-level instruction. Similarly, our instructors are skilled in dealing with operators on all different levels of proficiency in terms of computer use and experience. Our training is modular and lesson-based, and we offer ongoing refresher training to ensure that staff stay sharp.

As part of your service contract, we offer a web and email-based help, as well as ongoing release and training updates for each new functionality component that incorporated into the Horizon EME.
